Engaging Sensory Processing Disorder Video

Both of my boys have sensory processing disorder, and I'm fairly certain that I do as well. I especially see the symptoms while having a migraine. There are noises I cannot tolerate - migraine or not, and my sense of smell is...well...I've been referred to as having a "bloodhound nose". Additionally, there are textures I cannot abide, and there's a chance it might be true that I feel all articles of clothing to see if I can stand them before allowing them in my house... I've always stimmed as well. If I'm not rocking, my leg is shaking, and I usually have something in my hand to rub on.

I absolutely adore this young woman's YouTube channel. Amethyst is a young woman on the autism spectrum who is able to explain aspects of autism from an individual on the spectrum's point of view. I love her video on sensory processing disorder. You can find the video here:
