Some of you (myself included) are all to familiar with echolalia! I have one son who can kick the echolalia into overdrive and another who is not yet verbal. Even though the echolalia can be maddening sometimes, it's also beautiful, because it means they are trying to communicate with us, even if they don't necessarily have the words.
